Pausing Your Membership
Take a break
Need to pause your membership for a few months? Eligible WHOOP members can pause their membership instead of canceling. Keep any remaining credits and use them after you unpause.
To be eligible, you must:
- Pay for your membership (members that use WHOOP through their organization may be ineligible, for example)
- Not be in a commitment
- Not have already paused in the past 12 months
- Not be a WHOOP Pro member
If you want to pause your membership, you can pause for a maximum of 3 months at a time. You can pause once every 12 months. Paused members will not be able to upload data and will not be billed until they are unpaused. If you decide to cancel your membership while paused, you must unpause your membership in order to cancel.
To pause your membership, visit app.whoop.com, navigate to the Membership section, and select Pause Membership. Next, select the amount of time to pause your membership. Once confirmed, your pause will go into effect that day.
