Cronometer Integration
How to enable
Desktop
- Once logged in, select the gear icon on the left-side navigation and select Devices
- Find WHOOP and select Connect
- Login with your WHOOP credentials and grant Cronometer access
- From here, you can choose which WHOOP metrics to import into your diary
Mobile
- Once logged in, go to Settings and select Devices
- Select WHOOP from the list of apps and devices and click Link
- After logging in with your WHOOP credentials and granting access, you can select which WHOOP metrics to import into Cronometer
How it works
Once you've enabled the WHOOP integration, your Sleep, Recovery, and activity metrics will be imported into Cronometer and viewable in your Diary. Specifically, you can see:
- Recovery, Resting HR, HRV, Oxygen Saturation (Sp02), Skin Temperature
- Sleep (time per sleep stage)
- Workouts (time, calories burned)
Additionally, Cronometer Gold subscribers are able to utilize WHOOP data via Custom Charts to overlay WHOOP metrics against nutrient or other biometric data.
