Deeper, personalized insights
The Voice of WHOOP is your "in-app personal trainer" offering tailored coaching recommendations based on your unique data. We've upgraded it to be more powerful than ever before - dynamically updating throughout the day so you can better understand how to interpret your metrics.
How it works: WHOOP might recommend a target Strain or behaviors to consider based on your Recovery first thing in the morning. Later in the day, WHOOP may provide Sleep recommendations based on how you exerted yourself. Learn more about Voice of WHOOP basics.
Key stats
Compare data, Health Monitor metrics, and view trends
The new Home brings key stats and trends to the forefront. On each screen (Overview, Sleep, Recovery, & Strain), you can quickly see your stats, and click on them to customize 1-week, 1-month, and 6-month trend views. Learn more about WHOOP Trends.

Intuitive indicators
Auto-detected activities
We've made it simpler to see when WHOOP is detecting a period of high heart rate. Now, you'll see an activity detected entry under today's activities when an activity is being auto-detected. Once it processes, the specific activity will show up, and you can select it to view a breakdown. Learn more about activity detection or activity details.
Connectivity & battery status
See your device's connectivity & battery status at a glance via the indicator in the top right corner.

Select the icon to open Device Settings. From there, you can rename your WHOOP 4.0, enable heart rate broadcast, or troubleshoot issues through advanced settings. |
Reminders
If you have a Wake Alarm set, it will display on the Overview screen as it gets close to bedtime. Tap it to plan the optimal time to head to bed.
Haven't filled out your Journal for the day? On the Overview screen, a banner will display inviting you to track your habits in the WHOOP Journal if an entry hasn't been filled out yet.
