Your Performance Profile provides an overview of the last 30 days, a running total of your logged activities and data streaks, and displays your current WHOOP level. In this article, we'll cover how to access and interpret the profile.
Accessing the Performance Profile
Select your Profile icon in the top left corner of the WHOOP app. From there, you can review data from your last 30 days or for all-time.
Last 30 Days
This view provides information on your 30-day typical heart rate variability (HRV) and resting heart rate (RHR) range. You can also review your sleep performance and see a full list of activities completed:
NOTE: Activities that are considered Recovery activities (Meditation, Ice Bath, Massage Therapy, etc.) will not show up in the Activities list. These lists only include Strain activities.
This view provides:
- The number of activities you've completed since activating your WHOOP
- Your max heart rate
- Your peak day Strain
- Your peak Strain for each activity logged
It also shows your highest, lowest, and median HRV (heart rate variability) and RHR (resting heart rate). In addition, the all-time view shows your longest streak of 70%+ sleep days, green recoveries, and 10+ strain days.
