Card vs Toggle Entry

The WHOOP Journal provides two ways to save data, saving as a card entry or saving as a toggle entry. A card entry allows members to enter specific quantities into a Journal item for more accurate analysis. The toggle option is provided after the card entries and allows members to keep their answer logged as Yes/No without needing to swipe a card daily.
