The Strain page provides a summary of a day’s Strain and Activities. The score displayed on the Strain pillar represents the Strain you have accumulated over the course of your entire day; to view the Strain associated with individual workouts, tap the button under your score to access each workout.
You can also each day’s Strain statistics (Calories Burned, Average Heart Rate, and Max Heart Rate) relative to the average of the last two weeks by tapping on the flip box.
Strain starts to build at the beginning of each cycle (when you go to sleep) and the score will get harder and harder to increase as it gets higher throughout the course of your day.
To access the Strain page, simply swipe left once from the One Day Overview. You can also access previous days through the Calendar view
