Updating Payment Information

  1. Visit app.whoop.com.
  2. Select "Membership" in the menu.
  3. Under the "Payment" section, select "Update."
  4. From there, you will be able to update payment information with the new card number, expiration date, CVC, and zip code. 
  5. Once saved by selecting "Update Payment Method," this information will be used for the next recurring charge.

*Payment information can ONLY be updated on the web app (app.whoop.com). It can not be updated or viewed in the mobile app.
