Updating Payment Information
- Visit app.whoop.com.
- Select "Membership" in the menu.
- Under the "Payment" section, select "Update."
- From there, you will be able to update payment information with the new card number, expiration date, CVC, and zip code.
- Once saved by selecting "Update Payment Method," this information will be used for the next recurring charge.
*Payment information can ONLY be updated on the web app (app.whoop.com). It can not be updated or viewed in the mobile app.
