How do I connect WHOOP to another device?

WHOOP Strap 3.0 allows you to broadcast your Heart Rate on devices that are Bluetooth Low Energy Heart Rate Profile compatible.  To do this, from the WHOOP app, tap the menu, tap “Strap Settings”, and make sure HR Broadcast is toggled to on.

Use your phone to turn on the Heart Rate Broadcast, WHOOP will then project your heart rate onto the device. Once you connect, you no longer need to be near your phone to keep it in that state because hear rate is broadcasting from the WHOOP strap 3.0 itself.
