Accessing Membership Information

To view membership information, please visit our web app and select "Membership" in the main menu.

View Your...

  • Membership status (whether it is active or canceled)
  • Billing amount and next payment date
  • Payment history as well as individual invoices
  • Current payment method on file
  • Membership cancellation options

Re-activating Memberships

You can re-activate your membership at any time by logging on to app.whoop.com and updating your payment information under the "Membership" tab.
