Note: the following troubleshooting steps are best performed when instructed to do so by Membership Services. If you are currently running into an issue, please reach out to us!
Step 1: Open the WHOOP app and note the current battery level of the Strap
Step 2: Attach the battery pack to the USB charging cable and ensure either a green OR red LED appears on the battery pack
Step 3: Remove the Strap from your wrist and attach it to the battery pack (which is still plugged into the USB charging cable)
Step 4: Wait 30-45 minutes
Step 5: Remove the battery pack from the Strap and place the Strap back on-wrist
Step 6: Open the WHOOP app and check the current battery level
