Updating Payment Information
This article explains how to update your payment information using the WHOOP web app.
Note: Payment information can ONLY be updated on the web app (app.whoop.com). It can not be updated or viewed in the mobile app.
To update your payment information, follow the steps below:
- Visit app.whoop.com/login.
- Select Membership in the menu.
- Under the Payment section, select Update.
- From there, you can update/change your payment information by entering new card number, expiration date, CVC (security code), and zip code.
By selecting, Update Payment Method, this information will be used for the next recurring charge.
