Updating Payment Information

To update your payment information, please follow one of the methods below.

iOS only: Using the WHOOP mobile app

  1. Open the WHOOP app and select the menu icon located in the bottom right of the navbar.
  2. Next, select My Account and then select Payment Method.
  3. From there, you will be able to update and manage your billing and payment details.

Using the WHOOP web app

  1. Go to app.whoop.com and select Membership from the menu.
  2. Select Update under the Payment section.
  3. From there, you will be able to update and manage your billing and payment details. 

 

By selecting Update Payment Method, this information will be used for the next recurring charge.

Updating your payment information is the main solution for fixing failed membership charges
