Return Policy
This article reviews the WHOOP Return Policy.
Hardware
For purchases made from an Authorized Reseller, you must return the initial WHOOP Strap purchase (including the hardware, band, and battery pack) to the original point of sale for a refund, subject to the Authorized Reseller’s return policy. WHOOP will not at any time issue a refund for purchases made from an Authorized Reseller or any other third-party retailer or any other third-party marketplace.
You can cancel your membership and return your WHOOP for any reason within 30 days upon receipt of your WHOOP.
- If you need to return your WHOOP, please log in to app.WHOOP.com/membership/returns to request a return.
Once you complete your request, you will receive information on whether or not your device needs to be shipped back. If it does, we will provide a return label via email within 1-3 business days of your form submission.
If your device needs to be shipped back to WHOOP:
- Once we've received your unit, we will refund the original price minus shipping costs (original and return shipping).
- Please keep the receipt of your return shipment until you have received your refund.
If your device does not need to be shipped back to WHOOP:
- You can gift your WHOOP device to a friend, or recycle it through a local electronics recycling option in your area.
- You will receive a refund for the original price minus shipping costs.
NOTE: WHOOP Your Way purchases are not eligible for return.
Apparel & Accessories
If you purchased apparel and accessories from an Authorized Reseller, you must return the initial purchase to the original point of sale for a refund, subject to the Authorized Reseller’s return policy. WHOOP will not at any time issue a refund for any apparel or accessories purchases made from an Authorized Reseller or any other third-party retailer or any other third-party marketplace.
WHOOP accepts all unworn apparel and accessory returns within 30 days of delivery — excluding WHOOP Your Ways custom bands. Members must cover the cost of shipping to return the product.*
To initiate a return, please visit support.whoop.com and submit a request.
WHOOP reserves the right to reject the return if the product is worn. In this case, you will not receive a refund.
Exchange Policy
Looking for a different color or size? You can exchange your purchase for free. WHOOP accepts all unworn apparel and accessory exchanges within 30 days of delivery unless marked as final sale (i.e. WHOOP Your Way).
To initiate a return, please visit support.whoop.com and submit a request.
WHOOP reserves the right to reject the return if the product is worn or used. In this case, you will be charged for the exchanged product.
*Shipping is FREE for WHOOP Pro members.
