What is Pregnancy Coaching?
Pregnancy Coaching helps you make sense of your data during pregnancy to understand the transformational changes your body goes through while expecting.
Throughout your pregnancy journey, listening to your body is essential as WHOOP is not meant to replace the care of a professional provider. If you ever have concerns, discuss them with your doctor.

To turn the feature on, navigate to the menu in the bottom right corner of the toolbar. Under account & settings, select Pregnancy Coaching.
After enabling Pregnancy Coaching, you’ll be asked to enter your due date. After entering your due date, you will be presented with on-screen information about the feature, and will begin receiving insights in your next WPA.
Your personalized baseline is used to predict changes you may see in your metrics during pregnancy. Your heart rate variability (HRV) and resting heart rate (RHR) may fluctuate during pregnancy. As a result, you may see lower recoveries and changes in other metrics as well.
